About the Role: Customer Success Executive (eCommerce Insights)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Success Executive who will closely work with brands and retailers to ensure successful implementation of our product globally. This role will be based out of Bangalore.
- Providing insights to brands/retailers based on their data as well as industry trend
- Monitoring platform activity on a daily basis and provide timely advice to customers on ways to improve performance.
- Communication between customer teams and product teams
- Providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports with visualizations
2-5 yrs of Relevant Experience
- Domain expertise in ecommerce/Retailing
- Data Analytics
- Data Visualisation – Tableau
- Content creation – Articles, Blogs
- Expertise in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills
