About the Role: Customer Success Executive (Operations)

You will be part of the team that Onboards Brand and Manage the master data of the brand in the Shopalyst Brand Knowledge Graph.This role will be based out of Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Brand Master Data
  • Research on Social Media Official Handlers for Brands
  • Activate Product Catalogs
  • Research Audience Interests, Affinities and Keywords
  • Ensure platform data quality and integrity is maintained

Experience

1-2 yrs of Relevant Experience

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in data management/quality teams/Ad-Operations
  • Understanding and passion for Digital Marketing/Media and e-commerce desired
  • Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on requests received
  • Constantly innovate to drive simplification and automation of Process
  • Willingness to take initiatives and additional responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment
