About the Role: Brand Solutions Specialist
This role is a mixture of new business and account management; nurturing, developing and expanding a portfolio of clients globally.This role will be based out of Bangalore.
- Business Development : Add new logos, in addition to mining new opportunities with our current clients.
- Key Account Management :- Manage existing client relationships
- Manage service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Consult with C-level execs to achieve business goals by leveraging Shopalyst platform.
- Design solutions using product expertise to drive long-term success for our customers.
- Relationship Management : Build and manage business relationships with agencies and media platforms
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales or Digital Marketing at an agency, technology or media company.
- Experience in stakeholder and client management.
- Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and manage a team of associates
- Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
