Context

A personal care brand with a D2C built on Shopify and presence on popular marketplaces was looking to increase effectiveness of their customer acquisition campaigns. They were primarily driving all traffic to their brand D2C from their ads on Meta and Google and saw that most first-time consumers were dropping off when it came to shopping from their website. They needed a more seamless way to curate a consumer journey that drives action.

Solution

The brand partnered with Shopalyst to craft a rich full-funnel consumer journey. They leveraged demand signals to reach consumers on Meta and Google powered by our Audience Builder, shoppable creatives generated using our Creative Builder and an immersive brand storefront with a multi-channel shopper experiences powered by our Experience Builder. In addition to this, the brand D2C had a seamless cart integration from the brand store, which was integrated to be served as an extension of the brand.com.

Results

The campaign led to a 20% lower cost per reach, 25% higher engagement and 30% increase in conversion rate. The brand also acquired 1P data that they could use based on shopper intent and shopper interests for remarketing.
